Patient Info
Everything you need for a smooth, relaxed visit — before, during, and after your appointment.
Your First Visit
Expect a warm welcome, a relaxed conversation, and a thorough examination. We'll review your dental and medical history, take any needed digital X-rays, and walk you through what we see and what we recommend — no pressure, no jargon. Arrive a few minutes early, bring your insurance information, and tell us if anything about dental care makes you anxious. We're good listeners.
Patient Instructions
Good home care keeps your visits short and your smile healthy. Brush twice a day with a soft-bristled brush, floss daily, and don't skip checkups. After a procedure, follow the specific aftercare instructions we give you — and call us if anything feels different. Persistent sensitivity, bleeding gums, or a chipped tooth shouldn't wait.
Our Technology
Our office uses modern diagnostic and treatment technology — digital X-rays with lower radiation, intraoral cameras so you can see exactly what we see, and up-to-date sterilization and comfort equipment. Technology in our practice has one purpose: more accurate diagnoses, faster visits, and more comfortable treatment.
Patient Forms
Download the forms below, print and complete them prior to your appointment, and bring them with your insurance card. If you are unable to print the forms, please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can complete them in our office.

Dental Emergencies
A knocked-out tooth, severe pain, or a broken restoration can't wait. Call us right away — we set aside time every day for emergencies, and we'll see you as quickly as possible.
